PayPal is the corporate partner for payment of the information provided; The payment system achieves excellent levels of safety with techniques which make use of encrypted information to ensure your privacy.
2 You can pay with all major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard and via our secure online transactions through PayPal.
3 Once we receive your order we will ship the first business day by priority mail. Our European customers will receive the goods within 3 to 5 working days. For our international customers may take from 5 to 7 working days. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your payment.
4 The shop does not accept responsibility for any damage to the goods , directly or indirectly, of any kind, due to shipping or traveling.
5 If you receive damaged goods , please contact us immediately by e -mail ( see below) and send the product by prepaid post , we will return the same product, except for models sold out.
6 During the 14 days following the delivery of the product there is the possibility to change it. The exchange will be possible only if we receive the product intact. We will only pay the postage required for the change.
7 If you want to change a product, we inform you as soon as possible during the 14 days following the delivery of the product. Please send an email to this address : info@semprebello.studio. In case you want to change a product for damage (not caused by shipment ) send the product by post prepaid and we will resend you another model.
8 Orders temporarily out of stock will be reported as “pending” and will be shipped as soon we will be supplied.
9 All prices mentioned on the website of Semprebello are updated regularly and are subject to change.
